Their technician was extremely friendly & professional. Gave us valuable advice on self-cleaning & maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician (Mr Wong) arrived early and was very thorough with his work. Aside from cleaning/servicing the units and compressor, he also identified the issue with the compressor and fixed it. Despite the busy CNY period, Mr CK, the coordinator (and likely the owner) was very efficient in coordinating everything. He also provided an invoice via WhatsApp after the job was done. I would highly recommend them and would use them again to service the units.
