I made an enquiry on the company background. The employee, Chandlery said they didn’t want to deal with me. What happened to Due Diligence on my side? Reply was unprofessional and rude. Called the boss, Mr Sim Mong Chai, he slammed the phone. Such behaviour is totally unacceptable. No hesitation, stay away from Director Plus, Acrafile and Value Added Systems Pte Ltd, all based in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a horrifying experience with ACRAfile. It was unacceptable from start to finish. So many hidden fees one after another. It’s a trap! Very expensive to open my company with them. Poor service, and staff without relevant knowledge. Contacted the boss Mr. Sim Mong Chai on the phone and instead of answering my questions, he slammed the phone on me. It was very unprofessional and rude of them. The worst company you can trust to make a company with. Never going to use this terrible company again. Stay away from Director Plus, ACRAfile and Value Added Systems Pte Ltd, all based in Singapore. Would highly recommend to find other service providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE of ACRAfile (also Director Plus which belongs the to same company)! Service fees that initially appear competitive, but there are lots of hidden fees one after another. All they do is ask you pay and pay. If you were to add up all bills, it would have costed a bomb in a year! Moreover, they are really slow in doing my accounts. It’s more than one year and it is still not done. Compared to my past service providers, they are the worst ever. With my terrible experience, I will not recommend them!
