Found a baby pigeon, called them and they hangup on me, WA them and was told just leave it with its parents.. ~.~ , as if i know where its parents are..asked them if able to call me instead, easier for me to explain instead of texting, just 1 word from them 'NO' and after no followup..... disgusted by their actions.

Saw an injured pigeon stucked in glue trap the other day. My friend tried to called acres and they hang up on us twice. They picked up on the third call and they told us to feed the pigeon water….. like seriously we have done all our part to pick the pigeon out of the glue trap, and even went to buy oil to try to remove the glue from this poor pigeon. And they seem so reluctant to come by the save the pigeon. Acres only verbally told us what to do through a phone call. If we are expert in wildlife then we wouldn’t have called in. In the end I called for Nparks, they were most efficient in their calls and were very nice, they came down within one hour and help to bring the pigeon back. This is what you call an organization that saves and loves animals. No point calling this (acres).

Was a corporate volunteer here recently and it was great learning more about the amazing work the other volunteers do here to help the recovered wildlife! They also shared with us some of the challenges they faced trying to send the animals back to where they were trafficked from

Found this nestling on the grass patch last night and Acres responded immediately with advices. We tried to put it in a shoebox on the nearby beam overnight but there was no sight of the mother bird the next morning and was advised to bring home and wait for Acres to pick up. They came over in the next hour. Thanks for picking up the little fella and hopefully he will survived.

Very prompt and sincere ! Did a follow up with me when i sent in photos of injured bird (suspected) and told them i would try to bring it to them. But i guessed the bird was fine coz he wasnt at the spot anymore when i left and went back. Still I think Acres is devoted in helping these small animals with their follow up!

Excellent service.Found baby owl behind our block & we immediately activate Acres. They came within half hour & rescue him.?

Found this baby PNGP on the ground and Acres picked him up from my place to take care of him. The lady from acres is really patient and knowledgeable. The baby bird will definitely be in good hands.
