Very safe as they provide to sign non-disclosure agreement and besides the Company seems to be in the market for more than 1 decade so far never seen any bad review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely irresponsible! Post low cost for attracting calls only, actually it’s NOT AN OFFICIAL TRANSLATION COMPANY!!! Called twice and quoted me 2 different prices each time, and when emailed for a reason, the Key Account Manager Melvin just ignored and remained no response. The 2nd quotation is doubled the 1st time quotation. Moreover, the price is so much higher, doubled than the average rate from other translation services. Yes, I used other company instead!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got them to do English to Mandarin and for 2 documents. They just basically did a bad job and the client had to go do themselves. We gave them 2 chances and both times it was bad and we lost hope and the client translated themselves finally. Our reputation was hit and ACTC said they can only do changes until we are satisfied. But the quality of work was so abysmal that even if given a hundred times, it will be good translate quality. They blamed it on " work from home" hence quality suffered. How can that. be a reason when all they have to do is vet the quality.
POOR POOR QUALITY. BEWARE !
