After years of deliberation and having been approached by numerous online marketing agencies, my company finally took the plunge with Activa Media (and Marcus) 3 years ago for our SEM needs and never looked back nor regretted. Marcus especially was forthcoming in managing our expectations and advising us on what was necessary and more importantly, what was not (crucial when managing marketing budget for a business). While doing so, I never at any point felt pressured or lead on. He goes above and beyond in service, especially when most of the time, I could only reply or send him questions way after office hours. Always pleasant and on the ball, Marcus provides useful, honest suggestions for which I am grateful for. Business wise, Activa Media has certainly brought the company to the next level and we have seen results as soon as 3-4 months (again, expectations on this was very well managed by Marcus).
