★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience with them! Went to the Funan branch for my pre-departure PCR and there was no queue at all, done in 5 minutes! Swabber was very experienced and explained everything in detail. Results are out around 8 hours after the swab! Will use their service again if needed, thanks a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acumen Diagnostic is the lab that performs Covid testing for pdtswab. None of the numbers listed on their forms or letterheads work! They do not want anyone to contact them and they have the worst service that I have ever experience. Think carefully before you consider using them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refuse to refund my cancelled appointment, I've been asking them month over month and they just choose to ignore you, what a scammer! They stated there said any cancellation will be refund within 2 weeks and after 3 months , they didn't even refund me a single cents. All they do is just ignore my emails. 3 months of waiting is totally frustrating and disgusting!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse company. Requested for a refund which as the clinic staff suggested. Applied on 12/2 and accepted by the sale team on 4/3.
But now 19/3 still can have my money back. Email them for update got no response. They just keep ignoring customers’ msg. Waste my time. Poor company. Can not make money then try to scam customers money like that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't deserve any star at all. Paid for express service but didn't receive the results within the 24 hours time frame as promised. Such an unreliable and disappointing PCR test provider. Now we are just crossing our fingers, hoping to receive the results in time and not missing the flight. If you are unable to deliver within the 24 hours due to whatever reason, then don't sell the express service. So misleading and worst, possibly making customers missing their flight! Super disappointing and frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not be enticed by their lower fees (~$30 less than other swab providers) unless you enjoy waiting in line for the equivalent of
the latest Spiderman movie... No way home for 2hr 45min of uninterrupted standing in a non-moving queue (no seats since they make you wait outside the clinic), zero queue management and you have already pre-paid for the torture in advance!
Note: pictures taken at Farrer Park outlet on 19 Dec (Sunday) for an 11am appointment. At one point there were prob close to 100 people in the queue.
