It has integration with our face/recognition system which makes our processes more streamlined. We also appreciate the efficient support from the IT team. The team has always keep an open mind to consider our suggestion in enhancing the software.
The sales manager Xavier is also very proactive in helping us acquire a new license for our sister company under the ESG pre-scoped IT solutions grant.
