★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could. My Lenovo laptop was under additional warranty coverage which entitled me to getting my serviced laptop delivered back to my doorstep - cool. But when it arrived it was in unsatisfactory condition hit the delivery man said that as long as it could power up, his job was done and he had to leave the laptop with me. He told me to call the Lenovo service centre again for the problem. I did that and they expected me to go down to the Funan service centre all over again (which I had to wait an hour at the last time just for my turn). I emailed and called the vendor Addon Sys who are so unresponsive and irresponsible that they cannot even address my simple query of whether I can unscrew the laptop casing myself and send them a photo to tell me if it’s serious enough that I need to send it back in for additional servicing or if I can fix it myself at home. Ridiculous service which I am still waiting to hear back from.
