★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one responds to emails. Earlier there used to be a call back for false alarms. Now apparently if it gets reset within certain seconds, they dont even call to check. Overall, disappointing and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy services. Luckily that many smart home gadgets are coming out and hope that ADT will be made obsolete soon. How can you provides monitoring services blindly without ensuring the sensors are maintained and expect your customers to be responsible for these sensors. Can ADT fullfill its' service agreement without a functioning sensors? This type of business model are irresponsible. How then can anyone trust them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having some trouble with my ADT home alarm. It is only 1.5yo and i paid over 2ksgd for it. Already there is a problem w the siren. Company tells me the battery needs replacing but with this model, one needs to replace the entire unit. Preposterous! It is a fully functioning unit! That will cost almost 300sgd. I feel so cheated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ADT Security Alarm has served my family well for the past decade. I had been extremely satisfied with their services til recents upgrading of system where their FTs Technicians came down to install new system in April. I had difficulties catching what they are trying to explain when they conducted user training. My Canadian husband couldn’t even understand them as well.
Recently we had a battery changed, FTs tech didn’t even bother to explain the fault and get my helper to sign on the commissioning forms.
I understood the raising labour cost in SIN and I really hope our security would not be compromised. I feel more ease placing my security trust on the hands of locals den FTs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 100% no money, no talk company. Had been its customers for more than 10 years. Currently having problems with one of my smoke detectors. Was informed by ADT that if their technician is to come and check for me, I will have to pay $30 transport fee and $30 labour charge. On top of that, if my smoke detector is faulty, I got to pay $180 to replace it. Shouldn't have re-contracted with ADT. Now I can only wait for my contract to end in the year 2017, and then kiss ADT GOODBYE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales very fast & responsive in initial stages of closing deal. Once that's done, follow up service is horrible. First, admin got name wrong even tho' they're supposed to follow what we had filled in the form. We requested for sticker to show we have ADT security alarm for our shop. After 2 months plus, still waiting.... Sales keep saying requested for us already but admin can't even send simple thing like sticker together with bill. Am horrified at their after service that they can't even fulfil such a simple request. Now reading ADT's reviews, we can only pray and hope the alarm has no issue for 3 years so don't need to pacek their service (or lack of).
