They take time to listen to me, help me understand my current infrastructure and options. I've learnt so much from them and I can feel their sincerity in helping people around them. Sounds too good to be true but it is indeed a breath of fresh air after encountering rouge bankers/agents at the bank or during roadshows. Highly recommended to sit down to just hear them out. I've recommended a few friends to my agent and they are all happy about it.
