Once u mention u are going to quit, they show their true colours. They will force u to go on the days they choose for you, even after u say u cannot make it, if not the lesson will be forfeited and your money is just eaten up by them. The money is from the deposit made when u sign up. Both people managing the centre avoided when i asked them if they can makeup the lesson, so its not forfeited and my money is not wasted. Not recommended, irresponsible.

This is fine if you’re aware of it, but Mr Ho often doesn’t disclose it. The tuition your kids are getting could just be the teachers photocopying assessment books and asking your kids to do them The teachers are not train. Mr Ho the boss just shows them how to photocopy assessment books and ask the kids to write on the glass door, under the pretense of “interactive learning”. Do not be deceived by his claims of “the teachers are trained”. THEY ARE NOT. There is NO formal and PROPER training at all. Teachers will just learn on the go. Be mindful of what you are paying for. There definitely will be some teachers who are ex-MOE teachers, so best is to clarify with the admin lady first. Ask SPECIFICALLY for and to MEET your kid’s teacher, and ask to follow up REGULARLY to talk to the teacher. Teachers are told not to talk to parents, and if the teacher needs to feedback anything , just ask the admin lady. This is really dubious, and possibly because Mr Ho doesn’t want parents to find out about who their kid’s teachers truly are...
