★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum, Mdm Sng Soon Tiang (CCK) who was under AIC care since 2012, passed away peacefully on 25Dec14. My family and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated team of doctors and nurses who took great efforts in the palliative care of mum, ensuring and comforting mum, and walked through with us during mum's last stage of life.
With special thanks to Dr Karen, Dr Angela, Dr Tan, Sister Wei Wei, Bro Jiva, not forgetting Ms Grace the consultant. Kudos to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving AIC a 5 star rating because of one of its exemplary officers, Aziz. He has been extremely helpful in reaching out to the family's needs around my grandmother and mother-in-law. Aziz has been patient with all my queries, displaying great interpersonal skills. His show of empathy and readiness to help is commendable. It goes a long way. Thank you Aziz!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Life made easier for those whom are in need of maid for their loved ones who aren’t about to take care of themselves. The cost of hiring a maid is really expensive if there isn’t any children or elderly in your family. $300 monthly levy on top of the salary. AIC helps to decrease the levy to only $60 per month as well as provide “Home Care Giving Grant” of $200 and more every month to help offset the costs of the fdw. They’re a life saver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Organization is very unprofessional and ridiculous, my dad should have received his merdeka card few years ago, 1st one was lost in the mailing , I called again , they told me it will be replaced in two weeks time.
After a month no call no answer no card, So I call again, they told me it was Lost in the mailing again? They are requesting to send my dad in another 2weeks time.
This is extremely ridiculous and frustrating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aic is completely out of touch with current living cinditions. Means test only for $2000 qualify, really. So if you earn slightly more you cannit qualify for subsidies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My AIC contacts were Ms .Wee for my dad and Gladys for my grandma were both very helpful and understanding. Both were referred to by the MSW at NTFGH. I had another AIC contact referred bt NUH who was NOT as helpful as the two referred from NTFGH.
