This company did some engineering work at our private residence. They came to the house with wrongly welded pieces. Instead of taking the frame back to the workshop their workers welded on our parking space at the basement creating a huge mess and damaging our floor tiles. Then they forced the metal frame into the space by hammering and damaging the wall. After the installation of the glass floor they applied a simple sealant which still leaks today, 4 1/2 years after the installation. Their after sales service is very poor or inexistent. They will dispatch workers to rectify, should then be workers available. But the materials they use are of very low quality. Their sealant doesn't dry up and stays as chewing gum leaking everywhere. They come 4 to 5 times to "rectify" but our glass floor still leaks today even though we already fully paid the bill for the installation. They will still bill you for rectification works!! Their person in charge will send you Whatt'sApps to invite you to pay their rectification bill despite the fact, that the sealant still today leaks heavily. When I got in touch with their lady in charge, she won't pick up the phone, even though their job is unfinished. Refrain from employing this company, they will let you down and still ask you to pay!! They don't offer sustainable service and their workmanship is mediocre at it's best.
