My mum asked them to come repair my fridge, and the service man told her one of the part is faulty so she asked to change it but after a few days the problem came back again!!! Which meant that my mum had been ripped off as well, called them and a lady answered but merely brush away my question with a stupid excuse!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience buying from home101 on Lazada. after my order was confirmed they told me that there was no stock and made me cancel the order and get a refund from Lazada myself. they made a mistake and should process the refund but did not do so. very poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just 3 months after installation of a brand new Daikin air conditioning unit & new piping, the piping started to leak. Aircold insisted that it is Daikin's fault, and after Daikin technicians found that it is the piping issue, Aircold said it is my neighbours' cooking that choke the unit. Declined to fix the piping leak unless I pay for chemical wash. IMO, a scam business, AVOID at all cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service man was extremely rude on the phone and when he was at my house for servicing and he damaged some of the things in my house. He used the toilet to clean the aircon parts but somehow made the hose of the shower head turn the other direction. Not only that he assumed that a piece of clothing that dropped on the floor that obviously looks like a dress was a floor mat and used it to wipe around. Bad service

Was charged $68 extra on top of the stove and installation fees for a pipe which is expensive because it can "turn on and off the gas" - hello there's a switch right outside the house for the gas supply?? And the guy shouted at me when I asked about it and just started dismantling everything so I had to pay the extra charge so that we still have the stove intact.
