Very responsive technician team! I was having problems with my 4 years old aircon unit in my room which was serviced by another company. After 3 days of servicing I complained about the aircon being warm and had chemical treatment done. Paid two times in 5 days but problems weren’t solved. The aircon problem got worse. My babies woke up several times in sweat. Until I was recommended by my friend Aircon Guru! After their magical touch, my aircon now is cold and quiet again... most importantly my babies are sleeping soundly! I will definitely refer them to my other friends and relatives!

First time using their service for replacement installation and was truly impressive. Don was responsive and patience in every enquiries. He's very knowledgeable which makes me decide to follow his advice and recommendation. Tuesday came for site visit, Thursday install! His workers came on time and very detailed in every steps of the installation process. They take their job seriously so that customers can have a good night sleep with the newly installed aircon. Their professionalism and their reasonable pricing is the turning point for me to decide to engaged them with any aircon related issues. Highly recommended aircon specialist. Will support them in years to come.

Lawrence, the manager came to do a site visit and gave me some good advice as to the location within my house to install and how to run the piping, etc. When they finally did the piping on the first appointment, most of the stuff went well. I gave feedback on the few areas I felt can be better. No questions asked. They came and fix it to my satisfaction. Upon installation on 28 May, all installation by his young but capable team went well, except a minor hiccup. I raised the issue with Lawrence who promptly have it fixed within a reasonable time. I would highly recommend Aircon Guru. They deliver on their promise and no hidden cost. Professional advice and service. Quite rare nowadays. Thanks Lawrence and team.

The team for Aircon Guru is superb. From Lawrence who inspected my home and gave me good advice as well as prompt response, to the installation team comprising of Tap, and his assistance, Islam and Nyi who installed my new Starmex A/C. The team was professional, and is able to communicate clearly on what is to be done. Highly recommended!!!

Just installed a system 4 by the great team . Workmanship & service is good . Price reasonable . Served by Lawrence who always attend to our last minute's request .

Installed new Daikin Air cond (system 4) in May’21, 2 months start leaking then every 2 months leaking. They insisted said dirty and said the air cond have do servicing every 3 months even brand new. Really disappointed. If I not appoint them to do servicing, no more warranty. Have pay if get them come and check the leaking. I suspected the installation issue but the technician confirmed is dirty. ? Get wrong supplier to install. Anyway before leaking their service is fine. After 2 times leaking, they asking for checking fee. Finally they came back and adjusted the piping angle for me, hopefully can last longer & solved the leaking issue. @ 13/12/21

15.2.2022 They came over to perform general cleaning for 2 units and we asked to inspect 1 unit AC as it stopped working (timer kept blinking). We ended up only fixing one AC and topped up gas as both units are clean after they opened and checked (We were away for 3 months so AC were not being used). After they left that night, AC started to leak, we asked them to come back to check, they said another $50. Since AC was not leaking before they came, I said no and found other professional. 17.2.2022 Two guys from other company came and did inspection. Right when they opened, we are told AC pipe is broken and the part is damaged. From their experience, drainage pipe is usually on the left, ours is on the right and if they are not careful, they could break the parts. We then complained to Handy Guru or Aircon Guru, they pushed the responsibility to their technicians and asked us to talk to them directly and even said, their technician Samuel did not even touch the AC which our eyes 100% saw them opened and checked. 18.2.2022 They came to replace the broken parts and all. AC is now in good working condition. 27.2.2022 Ice fell out from the same AC even gas was topped up to the max....too many issues dealing with this company. I do not recommend.
