β β β β β Aka Car Rental is very reliable and responsible! It was my first time renting a car, I was quite worried at first. Luckily, the process of communication and picking up car was very smooth. The car condition was very decent as well. Unfortunately I had an accident, but a big thanks to Ryan and Rachel, they are both very patient and friendly. They responded and acted on it quickly and solved the problem for me. Recommend to those who need to rent a car :)

β β β β β It was my first time renting a car from a company. Found AKA through carousell, and they really meet my expectations. The process of picking up and returning the car was very smooth. Initially after making the partial deposits, I had to cancel the rental due to some reasons. But Kenny was kind enough to let me postpone my dates. Staffs are really friendly. Location wise is very near the train station. Car, needless to say, well maintained and clean. Highly recommend, will definitely rent from them in the future.

Ryan was the one who attended to me during return, he was very friendly & helpful even though I piled him with many questions about wanting to rent again soon. Definitely recommend their service! The business supports the yellow ribbon project by hiring heavily tattooed individuals. When you rent a car from them, you are supporting the staff's re-integration into society. So kudos to the management. Do support the business if you want to rent a car and give people a second chance in life.
