Called them around 5.55pm and the hotline lady answered(the tone was not friendly) my call but the reception was bad so she couldn't hear me and hang up.
Continue to call again but no one pick up even it was before closing time 6pm. Bad customer service, no sense of responsibility.
Also knowing that they do not have a showroom to experience the gaming chair. Think will give a miss and will never consider to buy this brand of gaming chair since they are not customer oriented.
Eventually I bought my gaming chair from APOL. Friendly customer service and approachable and very responsive from APOL.
