Went out of her way to get an electrician (not from the shop) to custom make within an hour...a 12m extension cable for me that works well....even though shop is primarily an electrical parts supplier. Small thing...but big a great customer service gesture and attitude. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dun ever come here to look for near products. I travel a long distance here because i was directed by the jalan besar branch that they have all the products installed here for viewing.
This young staff, asked," what do u want" in a very rude tone
I replied, " i want to see the lightings, switches and if theres any products."
Young staff replied, " why don't u go website and see"
Fantastic... First time ever i had this customer service. No wonder they are one of the most prestigious electrical shop in sg.
Ps: Also, tay chun hung is a staff of albert hoo. The one who posted reviews on the greatness of their coy.
Updates: 3 days after i posted, they removed the fake reviews by their staff. Especially from tay chun hung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went looking for electronic ballast. Was told it’s hard to get the type I wanted (I did go to Choo Chiang and Jun Ho before coming here and they gave same comment). What the staff did was good service. After checking with me that I know how to handle a ballast, the staff (a plump Chinese guy) advised changing to LED which they have.
Although I understand the store is trying to earn money, but the staff (I am sorry I forgot to get the name) helped me by giving practical suggestion at an affordable pricing. Some people might say it’s normal and I might be stupid to not know, but I truly felt I got good service and at the same time solved my problem within my budget.
