Considering the long weekend, ordered on Wed expecting delivery as promised on the website. However i'm contacted today (Thu) informing the order is out of stock and delivery will be done on Saturday.
This defeats the whole USP of the service of efficient and convenient delivery of alcohol in promised timelines.
Whilst it is understandable that stock issues may arise, being only notified the following day means there is no option to even arrange an alternate for the time and event the order was originally required for.
Not sure i'd want this happening in the future
