★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely landscaped park with relaxation areas and water features at the uppermost accessible point of the Singapore River. From here there are walkways on both sides of the canal and river that stretch all the way to Marina Bay. Very nice to walk in early morning or evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highlight water play area is not in use. The shallow pods had been fully dried up probably as part of Covid restrictions. Hence the place felt desolate having lost one of its key characteristics. Managed to see three monitor lizards in another nearby pond which was a saving grace.
