IF i COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS THAT WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE I would never purchase items from this company no matter if its a small order or a large order, unfortunately it was a large order and they are not really fussed about me being scammed by one of their users, done everything I could provided them all communication and still got nothing back, was over $5500 just theives

I placed an order on Alibaba for a printhead costing $1000, plus $30 of express shipping, plus $30.80 for some processing fee, being the total for the order $1060. 80. Then, a few hours after I had made a payment for the order, I received a message from the seller telling me that I had to pay an additional $470 for the order, or I could, otherwise, place a cancellation. So, before I placed the order's cancellation, I was reassured by an Alibaba representative and by the seller that I would receive my full refund of $1060. 80, and I proceeded to place the cancellation Then, for my surprise, I only received $1030 on my refund, and after spending days following and jumping all the hoops from Alibaba.com, they have gotten to the decision not to refund the $30.80, in violation of their word and reassurance of issuing a full refund before I cancelled the order. After all, I did not cause the transaction to be cancelled.

Wish there was a NO RATING category. I attempted to buy from this China resource selling platform. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Aside from email replies being sent in poor English format that’s difficult to understand, this selling platform lacks the ability to resolve customer issues. I recently bought 2 boilers and they sent them a week late., and one of the units was damaged. Despite sending numerous videos of the shipping cartons being in perfect condition, and another video highlighting the poorly manufactured boiler. They closed the complaint and did not even BOTHER to resolve this faulty product. I could have bought the same boiler from Amazon for $20 more. And guess what? That’s where I’ll go EVERYTIME from now on. It appears Alibaba.com has a zero sense of URGENCY to satisfy your customers. They treat you as if their platform is so great they DONT need your business. How can you respond to a customer concern with a ZERO sense of resolve???I’m just appalled at this response. You are not a singular business. What you sell can be purchased anywhere. The one difference that sets any two businesses apart is its ability to connect with its customers in a format that tells the consumers they can TRUST you as a resource. And you have failed in every account! Just look at the damaged unit of the picture attached!!! Congrats on losing a customer PERMANENTLY!!!

This is where Ali Express’ legal offices are located and deals with customers within the US and Canada. AE provides no telephone numbers of any type even for legal or law enforcement purposes. Their agents advise that a lawyer wishing to contact one of their lawyers to do so via their web chat instead which is laughable. In the website’s privacy policy however they provide this address for contacting them regarding legal matters via snail mail. This address is also the same address and primary method given for law enforcement to contact them.

This company is rubbish! Every single order I have placed with them has had some sort of issue whether it be an SD card advertised as 128Gb but it turns up to be only 118Gb or it takes them one month to process an order but the shipping from china takes only three days.... apparently its a COVID issue. Yes, I am sure it is [eye-roll] Awful awful company. Steer clear ya'll
