Purchased a system 3 Toshiba for my new HDB and attended by Cash who introduced his products well. Some problem during installation by the installation team and disfigured my door frame slightly. I went back to IMM All Best outlet on the next day, saw that Cash was busy attending to someone else. His colleague presented a form to me to fill up and I received a call about 2hours later and they arranged for the team to revisit my place and inspect the door frame paint which needed attention. The Team arranged another day to patch the disfigured area and there was this fellow... Chinese guy - name Xiao Zhao. whom had also left a deep impression on me. When he arrived with a can of new paint, he asked if there was any other area which need touching up even if it was not done by them. He told me to save his mobile number and if my painter do not want to cover the other white painted area which was plastered up, he will come with a white paint to beautify the affected area. Pls Kindly do a video recording of the house before the AC installation especially the area which the pipes will run. Additional advice for AC installation, do not start drilling yet. Think backwards and decide which is the best to drill 1st so the end product can be more beautiful. Lastly, I really would like to compliment these 3 hardworking fellows who brings a smile to ALL BEST customers. Thank u Xiao Zhao, Cash and his colleague who assisted with the form. All Best has a great team.

Like their service and they are very efficient. Especially the aircond installer "Mamun", he is very patient and nice, he even explain to us all the question that we are not sure of, as this was our first time doing house aircond. Really want to give the guy a thumbs up.

Was served by Cash at All Best in IMM when I needed to purchase a system 4 for new BTO. He provided the most competitive quote and demonstrated good product knowledge - allowed me to hands on and touch and remove filters so that I would be able to understand basic aircon maintenance, insulation materials and energy saving features. Cash was clear in his explanation and patient. The installer who came for the site visit was also clear and polite. Installation was smooth and they went the extra mile to make the trunking less visible and patched up to make it neat. AC was wrapped after installation and I was given service vouchers and 5 year workmanship warranty. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. In all, a solid team and positive transaction.

Replaced my old aircon and the aircon started leaking like a tap. Kept blaming the aircon pipe in my house despite the fact that Mitsubishi technicians found fault with their installation work. Wanted to charge me extra for "clearing the pipe" when they have not done a good job during installation. Rude technician too. Pushy at every service appointment. Kept telling you your aircon gas leak, condenser dirty and needs chemical wash. Be prepared to pay $$$ extra when all you need is a basic servicing.

Very satisfied with All Best: Cash at IMM for his genuine service and great recommendation of quality products; Boon and Ma from Mitsubishi for their conscientious work - opening the false ceilings, removing old pipes, laying out new ones, dismantling old fancoils and compressor and efficiently installing the new items; they carefully patched up and painted the false ceilings and swept my place thoroughly. I also like All Best work processes, there was great co-ordination between All Best and Mitsubishi. Will definitely recommend All Best. WELL DONE!
