My air con unit new installation was leaking within 2 years causing the whole area to be wet and moldy. Called them and they mentioned was the due to the selection of thickness of the metal tube. Called another company to service my air con and was informed that they didn't even give the proper insulation for the whole installation would need another close to 2 thousand to fix the problem. Worst company ever!

Not recommended. Simply a rip off.. Charge us so much to service 2 aircon unit which purchase from them somemore .. Purge cooling coil using aircon gas?? Speechless...300 - 400 plus to service 2 aircon?? Not even dismantling the coil? Wonder how good is your aircon purge service.. Lucky i found a trustable repair man and was told using aircon gas to purge condensor is not recommended will leave some oil in to cooling coil... And new mitsubishi cooling coil 300 plus nia leh...

Got system 4 installed with them in my 2nd house. Was first introduced to them through my father after buying first house. Was skeptical about them however they proved me wrong, salesman were pleasant and did not push me to purchase the expensive units and instead considered what's best for me. Installers were also punctual, quick and efficient with no problems following the installation and even provided me with a complimentary service voucher following the installation. Overall All Best was a great company to purchase from and will definitely go back to them for future installations. I highly recommend their services for both installation and servicing!!! ?

Extremely Poor Workmanship and Poor SERVICE Performance (After Sales) from this Co. In short, I spent few thousand dollars (New Air Con) for buying Troubles @ home and this Co. does not issue Service Report (Under Warranty). Minor Gas Leak happened since the day of Delivery & Installation by its installer. No responsibility of Their Service Team who did not follow the items supposed to check that advised by Local Agent 4 months after installation! My Gas Leak Trouble was found and rectified by the Service Team from Local Agent 2 months before Warranty Expire. Terrible Experienced ! Advice Buyers never mislead by the Logo of CaseTrust. It doesn’t mean they are able detect problem due to their workmanship like above. Honestly they are deserve 0 star !

When I bought my aircond, the salesperson told me everything is at the best quality and still indicate must get good contractor to install the aircond. My aircond leaked after few months of installation. Best part, when I called back to call centre, they said it’s not workmanship issue... all parts are wear n tear! I called another company to seek second opinion, they told me, they couldn’t do anything as the pipe that ALL BEST provided was very bad quality. Cheating!!!!!

I concur with the reviews about All Best Air-Condition. I did not google review to check when i bought in 2014, but really regretted this decision not to do online research. As they are prominently located at the malls, we tend to shop around and compare with Gain City, Courts or Best Denki... Usually All best is about $50 cheaper for the aircon... and they throw in $100 to $200 worth of servicing voucher. I installed mine Aug 2014, bought extended warranty but forgot all about it. The aircon was not cold in early 2019. Should have called them to service while under warranty, i thought i only had 2 years warranty. We usually did our own basic cleaning of the aircon. But the major drum cleaning once in 6 months... We did servicing with All Best only in 2015 (due to the vouchers given to us), after finishing the vouchers, I used my friend's contact to service the aircon as I felt All Best up-sell you even when they come and do the servicing for a new aircon bought less than 9 to 12 months. How can aircon leak within 1 year and still charge me for some additional servicing. Ridiculous. And my friend say she had a contact that is honest, and does a decent job of cleaning and servicing the drum, and goes the extra mile for her family aircon units. The first time an independent contractor came in 2016 to service our aircon cleaning, they already commented the piping is too small and not the best quality (when i told them my aircon is new, bought in Aug 2014 and have leaking issues), they went to check the pipe from compressor to the toilet drain and open the trunking to check the pipes, and warned me I will likely face major issues within 5 years. True enough, by 2018 our aircon was not cold, but cools the room still at 20 to 22 degrees setting it feels like 27 degrees approximately. I also had leaking issues within months. The recommendation was to keep the temperature at 24 degrees otherwise will leak. But sometimes when 2 to 3 aircon is switch on in the house, even at 24 degrees it leaks. I think they do not have good contractors to fix. When they came i saw they change their shirt to All Best. So this i concur. Did not think too much about it then, but realize these are independent contractors engaged. Recently I called them to inform them I performed chemical cleaning and gas top up in March 2020, as it was blowing warm air since late 2019... When i feedback to them there is a leakage, they said have to do inspecting ($60) testing of leak ($200+ to $300+) dependent on type of test whether technician can spot the leak at compressor or at the start of the pipes.. replacement of pipe is $1000+ They told me they are in the business more than 10 years and have government contracts. Personally i think just go for other companies who are honest and transparent, not using these type of techniques to earn money.

Bought my Mitsubishi Starmax sys 4 from the IMM showroom at $3,999 for my bto flat. Installation was done by a team of technician led by Kuang who is very friendly and polite. Completed the job within the same day and the piping is neat and short. Happy that the aircon is functioning well with no problems. Would recommend them to my friends.

I bought my Mitsubishi sys 4 aircon from them and after comparing to other shops, I found them to be the most value for money. Their workers were also professional and efficient and completed it within 1 day.
