★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse nursing home. when they are short of manpower, nurse gets frustrated and shout at patients' family members
Worse part is, the nurse complains to Social workers and Social workers take sides on them condoning their actions
Nurses seen being aggressively to elderly there, but when feedback was given, the answer by the Nurse Manager was: "don't worry, the nurses you mentioned who were aggressive has quit"
If you have a choice, please don't put your elderly here.. its really sad
