Aunty is also very friendly and gives tips on the application process. With some fees they can even help you complete the online application if needed. Will definitely recommend this shop for professional photography!

I went to the store today all the way from the east of Singapore and yet I got really bad service from both the photographer, Bob, and his wife. Both of them were rude and wife was not friendly at all. I have patronised their store before in 2016 but back then they were not even rude at all. Back then, they were also accomodating; in the sense, if you want to show them which part of the photo to touch up, they will oblige and help to touch up the photo to make it nice. But now, the wife just want to just chase you off and get you to pay quickly after you have the photo taken. When I did a mistake in posing for the passport photo, Bob, even can say to me, " I don't know what you're trying to do with that face expression!" Very rude and impatient! When I told his wife if I could see the touch up, she told me off in an irritated voice," if you want to see, you need to come back about an hour or so. You want to wait??!" Very rude. Really bad service!!!! Later in the evening, they emailed me my passport photo. The photo turned out not nicely taken. So upset i took the effort to go all the way to the store from the east side and the outcome turned out very disappointing. Never going to patronise this store ever again!!!!! Just bad and lousy service and photo taken is not up to my expectation. Mediocre.

I took a passport photo of Japan. The pictures are taken twice in a row and you can choose whichever is better. Editing takes about 10 minutes. Is my passport okay as the finished photo is a bit over-processed? I was worried, but when I made my passport at the Japanese embassy, ​​nothing was pointed out, so I hope that it will be pointed out when I actually enter and leave Japan.
