Regina was very efficient and prompt with her replies, she answered all my queries and even provided helpful info on how to hang up the customised neon sign! The neon sign was done so well! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought this as a gift, and we are loving it. We gave the specific size, color and design and was quoted a pretty reasonable price. With a competitive edge in the market, allaylights will send a sample drawing of how it will look like with accurate measurement for review before fabrication. On top of that, they do provide pre-drilled holes if any is required. And depending on your preference of the acrylic, they have the option for you to choose between the 'cut to the shape of the character' or a 'square portrait'. All lights are time tested before it is shipped out and allaylights gave assurance to solve all manufacturing defects, within reason, regardless of period of time. Look no further for a great neon light experience with allaylights, the staff were friendly, helpful and flexible enough to attend to our every needs and clearing any doubts we may have for our first ever neon light experience. Way to go, allaylights!

Many neon makers quoted me ridiculous prices with long lead time, however, Allay Lights & Signs surprised me with good customer servicing etiquette and very reasonable pricing. As a creative professional most of my life, I have inherited a certain expectation for quality work – Allay Lights & Signs met my expectation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience with Allay Neon Lights! I wasn’t exactly sure of the sizing, orientation and the font of the wording. So after confirmation and payment made, designer helped to do up a couple of mock up for better visualisation of the design. They were accommodative in amending the design when we needed to change the fonts or didn’t like the outlook of the mock up. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally designed my own lights and was so happy that Allay Lights managed to achieve my vision and it turned out beautifully. The person who liaised with me was very patient even when I took awhile to confirm the order and when they were doing the mock up of it. I was especially particular about the mock up since this was my own design and I knew exactly how I wanted it to turn out. The designer came through with what I wanted so the whole process was generally smooth and efficient. Within three weeks of payment, I received my lights!! I highly recommend getting a dimmer too so that you can control the brightness (note: battery not included although it really should be!!) especially if you are using the light in your bedroom. After sourcing many other companies, it was definitely a good choice to engage Allay Lights!
