Demi and Jerome were very friendly and professional, as this is my first vehicle, they were very helpful and patient and even answered all my queries regarding car ownership in Singapore. As I was quite busy (working) throughout the deal, Demi was fast and responsive to my queries. They are very transparent and ensured that I am kept in the loop throughout the whole process.

Jerome was very detailed about the price and admin costs, there were absolutely no hidden fees and everything was spelt out right from the start - I did not feel an obligation at any point in time and there was zero hard-sell, only facts. This is the fastest deal that I have ever done in terms of trade in and collection - The entire deal was done within 24 hours - Do note that I was prompt with my responses for them to settle transfer and bank loan paperwork during office hours, alongside both of Jerome and Demi taking their initiative to contact me at every step really accelerated the process. The transparent approach is very refreshing to see, and not usual in the used car industry. I sincerely hope that more dealers will follow the same footsteps as Jerome and Demi in dealing with clients! Highly recommended for all potential car buyers!
