It was a pleasure to have Han Siong & Meng Lee during my proposal to wedding. You guys provided us something special that we could both look at time and time again for years to come.Your advice and direction was invaluable and we appreciate all the hardwork and sweat that went into our perfect film especially during our Pre-wedding shoot. The final result was absolutely stunning at least in our eyes. Till date, I am still receiving compliments from both family and friends about your professionalism during our AD. We met up with more than 10 vendors before deciding to go with Han. The only videographer that does cinemagraphs + drone shots. The rare photographer that shoots with both eyes open - one on the viewfinder and the other looking at you. With Han, you get more than a photographer and videographer. He advised my wife which wedding dresses looked better for the shoot and told me to fix our flower decor before dinner started. Highly recommended!

It's so important to have an easy-going, reliable, and responsible photographer/videographer on your wedding day. Because on that day, you cannot act, cannot worry, even cannot think too much. Han and his team really helped us a lot. It's very pleasant experience with him and I do think every couples can eventually be his friends, just like us.

We had engaged Allure as they did both wedding photography and videography. Also having one vendor to do all seemed like the best idea during our wedding planning as we wanted to cut down on the burden of vendor and logistics management. We liked the package and even though it was not the cheapest, we were reassured by the fact that Han – director of Allure, seemed to be able to provide us with creative direction on some of the ideas we had thought of. In summary, we got the pre-wedding shoots with director (including filmography of the wedding trailer) + Actual day video (FULL DAY) + photo (FULL DAY) + SDE ($6000+). During the photoshoot & filming, it was easy and natural to work with the team. If I had to evaluate the quality of whatever they delivered, it was within expectation/good. HOWEVER, there were certain events that really disappointed us during our engagement: β€’ RAW clips of wedding trailer videos which made used of the 360 camera were unusable, so we ended up borrowing the camera to film more content for the wedding trailer in our own time. After which we had made sure that it was NOT corrupted, and useable before we passed it back to the team. β€’ 1st submission of the working draft was 1.5months later. Resubmission of 2nd working draft of wedding trailer took another 1.5 month to complete; where the comments to add extra clips were left unanswered. β€’ Upon further query, Allure team had feedbacked that the videos were missing/corrupted (because of us)….hence not included in the wedding trailer. β€’ It was later realized, by us, that they deleted 1 out of the 2 RAW clips which made it unusable (2 clips are needed for a 360 video to work), and we ended up sending our back up (which I luckily kept) to them. β€’ After which there’s a series of work meetings (ie. Setting up zoom calls/ heading down to the office to work on the trailer because it was 2-3 weeks before the actual wedding) AND we were told that if there were any more reworks of the wedding trailers, we would be charged extra. (Mind you it was only on the 3rd/4th draft that we had further comments to rework the timings, choice of clips and transitions not counting that the first 2 drafts are without some of the contents that we took) β€’ No apologies were offered during the entire exchange. For our actual day, our ENTIRE WEDDING BANQUET VIDEO RAW FILES WERE LOST. And this was only discovered after I had pointed out on the completeness of the deliverables when we had followed up with them on the photos/videos (Only the DAY VIDEO and BANQUET PHOTOS were sent initially missing out on DAY PHOTOS and BANQUET VIDEOS). The day photos were retrieved and sent to us with a compensation of all photos being edited. As for the video, the team did try sending it to all data recovery centers but to no avail. We settled on $2000 as the refund but what’s lost is a once in a life time experience for us. We just thought it was bad luck but the fact that we had encountered two counts of corrupted/missing data really made us at a loss for words. Overall: Price: Mid – High Skill: Above average Deliverables: Below expectations because of the number of times our data went missing After-sales service: Sloppy/bad communication Speed of deliverables: 3 months

Photo montage was not played to viewers while they were waiting despite being told to actually prepare one and that it will be shared prior to the commencement of the ceremony. Colour of livestream was too saturated and the image was not sharp. The bridal march 'Canon in D' was dubbed over without our knowledge. Audio was very choppy and randomly chopped off at certain parts of the ceremony and dubbed with generic music; the camera was shaky. We wanted to end by saying thanks to the guests but what we said was not audible at all. Overall, my wife and I felt that these points could've been avoided (given that their other livestreams were smooth and amazing) and that given that this is a once in a lifetime moment, we felt rather disappointed with the whole livestream experience. I hope that future couples will not have to experience these issues as well.

The people who actually spend the most time with the couples on their wedding actual day, are actually the photo&videographers. We are thankful that we have Finn & Edwin (& also Han for the first 4 hours) with us. They have been very friendly, easy-going and professional in their work. The whole day have been a great and comfortable one with them, I think there were no awkward photos cus we definitely smile very happily and naturally that day. Cant wait for the photos and videos from them!! They also offer very attractive all in one package for photography and videography so do check them out!!
