Without taking my permission and without any idea to me, my credit card was debited 16,800 within a day of downloading what was a free app..... no authorization...nothing

I am not sure this place exists or not, today my a/c was verified by google transaction of INR 1.00 debit and credit both. 14000 INR was requested by aloads pte ltd. there was no sufficient fund in my a/c so transaction could not be placed, Bank make me a call and verified that my payment has been declined. I was surprised , I did not make any payment. bank officer suggested me to block the card, I have blocked the card now. Thanks to bank services. Please reply aloads pte ltd, ??
