★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquired on amazfit t rex screw bar (strap) as it went missing . Nope , they don’t have the parts. So in the end , I have to Google and ordered from external source.
It’s quite a disappointing experience considering they are the brand agent locally . I guess I got what I paid for . The customer service are prompt in replying . However , will not be considering this brand for future purchases.

Initially gave 5 stars.
Dropped 1 star after 2nd time purchase.
The distributor did not mention anything about special introductory price as their ads were still showing the lower price. However, they just charged a higher price and said introductory period is over.
There is no sign anywhere to inform customers of change in price. Online ad still showed so-called introductory price (ad did not mention it was introductory price).

This is the second Amazfit watch that I have purchased in the last 5 years; my first purchase was a first generation Amazfit Bip watch. I find the Amazfit watches to be affordable and quality products that are serious contenders to more costly and branded rival competitors.
The Amazfit architecture may not appeal to all but they certainly cover many various requirements. I look forward to Amazfit maintaining this good level of product and service.
