★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are great but certainly could work on fulfilment times and timely updates.
I gave a negative review earlier cuz i did not receive my order after 10 days. Today I finally received it but they only sent 1 out of 7 items ? way to go for service recovery. Sigh.
Overall, much to be improved, and I do hope my next order will be smoother.

Ordered via shopee and two of the items were not received. Feedback to the agent on shopee since 1/12/2021 and kept telling me that the shipping team has been nudged and it has been rescheduled.
Expressed my displeasure that I had to kept following up on the issue but to no avail. No replies again since 16/12/2021 to which my shopee guarantee expired.
Had to escalate to shopee team for their intervention.
Products are good, but the poor follow-up has just lost us.

Received on 9th June (in 3 working days)! Customer service is awesome too, reached out to them via email and live chat on the main site :) Complimentary ajwa dates ?✨ and free shipping! Ordered 4 granola and 1 nut pack in late Jan 22. Coconut kaya and hazelnut blackforest tasted fresh and good! However not the case with salted gula melaka (which I ordered 2 packs). Both packs tasted bad - still crunchy but it had a taste of overdue/stayle nuts. 2 different manufacturing dates - Sep 21 n Dec 21. The former taste worse comparatively though they have long expiry dates.
What was disappointing was the bad follow up from customer service. There was empathy and intent to replace but ultimately it didn't happen till now Mar 22. Pity this left behind a bad customer experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly difficult to reach the company when there were order delays, nor get a response from them. The chocolate hazelnut butter was way too watery, it feels almost like there’s barely any hazelnut used. The consistency is more chocolate syrup (or even more watery) than a sauce … very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why there are reviews about inferior customer service. I find AG's customer service absolutely responsive and friendly! Placed 2 orders consecutively becos forgot to add 'free gifts' code for first round (my bad).
The products I have tried so far are good (we had them in the company's pantry a couple of times).
The mystery box is fun and exciting to receive with a variety of items that normally would be too afraid to try. I will block the items so you can have your fair share of excitement too if u order one! :)
