Amazon Singapore - SIN8 - 5B Toh Guan Rd E

Ordered the item on 17th Sep. As per Amazon delivery will be done on 18th Sep (Prime member benefit) Until now I haven't received the parcel. When contacted Amazon, they gave standard reply and excuses. I cancelled my Prime membership and there is no way I can give ZERO star.

I tried to reset password on the amazon website, and it constantly asked a security question that I did not set. When I entered a wrong answer, it asked me to contact the Customer Service. BUT WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER? I searched the Internet for answer, but all answers led me back to the login page again! . Lol.. I am back to the enter /reset password page again.

One of the most efficient Amazon receiving center. I had been to 2 others and process was a lot less efficient. Only thing is that they still lose my items and say they never receive which is impossible. We always check the goods we pack manually at least 3 times and yet they sometimes don't pay us. These 'disputes' are amounting to thousands by now with Amazon being one-sided and never resolving our complaints nor being fair. But this is definitely not the worst center. The one at Tuas can report a while carton of goods missing when it was tallied and the guys counted the correct numbers on acceptance. Small businesses are at their mercy and there is nothing it seems we can do.

Customers need a contact number for parcels that never arrived. My parcel is shipped by Dai Post but never arrived after more than 2 weeks. Dai Post cannot be contacted. Never use unreliable carriers.

Shipping to this FBA center is a nightmare. There is no contact number and the delivery guys never can reach it. Used Aramex; DHL both struggled to deliver here. Ended up paying for return of inventory.

Update 14/03/2022: They have sort of improved since I have wrote on the delivery instructions telling them what to do, and it seems like they have complied pretty well with my request. So therefore I am adding 3 more stars

My Amazon Fresh delivery is supposed to be 2-4pm today. After 4pm, I received an email stating the status as Delivered but yet nothing sent to me. Called Customer Service. Was told that Amazon will refund me the total amount and I can go ahead and re-order but will not be able to give me the delivery by the day ends. Is refunding the amount to me considered as service recovery? Did they solve my problem when I told the CS I need the groceries by the day ends? Looks like this mis-delivery is something I should bear!!!!! Speaking of bad service! Im appalled!

Amazon Fresh & Prime are easy to use and delivery would usually meets expectation. There are variety of products to choose from and some brands are not sold in the supermarkets . Price is very competitive. Customer Service Officers are ever ready to assist and refunds processed fast. I love that they use carton boxes packaging instead of plastics and now they are using frozen mineral water bottles as ice cooler instead of dry ice. This is a great idea as the water could be consumed and there's no mess. With dry ice, you have to quickly disposed it before it creates water pooling. I am still giving 5 stars though there is one dissatisfaction. Amazon parners with Ninja Van when delivering orders from overseas as I noticed. This is where the grouse lies. Ninja Van is not reliable and had already lost my parcel. Amazon was gracious to grant me refund. But the angst and frustration of dealing with Ninja is just not worth it. I hope Amazon will choose it's partner wisely in the near future. Due to this, I would hesitate to order anything from Amazon US even though the products may not be available elsewhere.
