Great service and great products. I had bought a very comfortable high back office chair (Kate series) for my daughter many years back. It is very comfortable and durable so when she wanted a new chair for her new home office, we didn't even bother to look anywhere else but headed back to AMERCIS to get the exact same chair. Because of the great and attentive service (by Florence), I ended buying 3 office chairs (a KATE, an EVA and a TRENTON). I had wanted my TRENTON customised with a specific colour for the seat cushion and back rest and they were very accomodating. My TRENTON has a little crackling noise in the seat when I lean back and after a couple of months, I decided to send an email to Amercis on a late Saturday night just so that I won't forget. Imagine my surprise when the staff (Florence) and even the manager (Janet) responded on a Sunday with a call and email about sending the technicians over on Monday! They came and had the problem resolved in no time. What great after sales response and service all within less than 48 hours from when I alerted to them about the problem. The manager (Janet) even informed me on Monday when the technicians left the office and asked me to expect them in 10 mins. Clearly with this experience, I only have good things to say about AMERCIS. I only bought a couple of chairs for home use but the service and attention the staff and manager provided is most impressive and it makes me feel very valued as a customer.

My repeat purchase from Amercis. I like both the leather and fabric chairs as they are of high quality and the colours are exactly what I asked for! Very happy with my purchase. Staff are friendly and helpful in helping me to choose the perfect fit. Delivery was also timely and fuss free. Will definitely go back to Amercis for office furniture.

With a last minute request during holiday, the passionate staff, namely Ms. Janet has devoted to attend our urgent request and delivered the tables within a very short period of time (just few days), a lot of companies cannot attend to this request, but they did.
