★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time i eat was at the punggol AAA but then i come JP the acai taste more fresh can feel they just pluck from the tree. Sometimes tuesday got event jack neo will come dance with customer. west side best side east side back side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Jurong point outlet on the second day of their opening. My son spilled some of the toppings on the chair, the staff kindly topped up the toppings again at no charge, and cleaned the seat as well. Will surely patronise here again! Kudos to the ladies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience with my visit to JP outlet today.. waited for almost 20mins and found out the staff simply overlooked our order. There was about 4~5 group of customers came in after us got their orders already some even finished theirs. The staff was rude and didn't apologise when we requested for cancel and refund. Used to love acai bowl, but safe to say it would be my last visit. 2 stars is for the food only, really felt disappointed with staff bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are super friendly, they kindly explain what is Acai to me. (Berries from the amazon region).
Environment is clean and a very chill place.
Love the taste of the sorbet, best for a hot day.
Will try out their smoothies and toast next time :)
Saw that they have coffee and tea too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying Açaí in this store. Was disappointed to see it come in a cup instead of a bowl. The small cup cost 6.70SGD, not cheap. The ingredients were fresh. Açaí tasted like berries. Staff was not very attentive. There were used cups on the table when we sat. I felt that it’s not worth the price for the quantity given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here looking for a place to relax after a meal and work a bit. There is nice seating and service is friendly and efficient. I ordered a triple peanut butter açaí medium size 9.90$ and a cappuccino $5. The açaí tasted nice but I think because maybe should have opted for cookie or almond butter. Also serving in a cup makes it difficult to eat and not as aesthetic as other açaí bowls I have had in the past. The cappuccino tasted very smooth and nicely done. Overall would recommend!!
