Nice place for a walk or jog. Benches to sit down. Has a public toilet.

I stay near here. So I enjoy my walks here when I need to - I especially like the scenery and all of the lovely grass. The only down side is likely the soil issue when it rains - water accumulated at this park doesn't flow down very well - a few times we had mini floodings in the middle of the lanes. If NPark could fix this, would be great. I personally feel that the luxus hills park which is next to amk linear park is a lot better taken care of by the in charge and have way longer sustainability too. There were a number of trees that fell down in the amk linear park and the people who maintain the park took more than a week to remove them. The park here is truly not taken care of properly. And the manure/fertilizer they use for this park has too strong of a smell that it is completely inconsiderate to the residents staying here since even our clothes that are drying picked up the poop smell! My whole house was filled with poop smell cause of this. I don't see the same problem in luxus hills park - the management here (NParks) are truly too selfish and inconsiderate to the residents living right here!

Quiet clean and serene fresh air, great park for exercise running jogging walking. Surrounding are some benches, fitness corner and playground. There are two amk linear parks one along amk ave 5, and the other near Luxus hill Seletar green view estates.
