2nd experience - really like this place. However the COVID visiting hours are not consistent. For patients in TTSH Rehab wing, visiting hours follow that of TTSH.

I would like to say that the foreign nurses here puts alot of effort in caring for the patients here. They work long hours and sometimes don't go on leave. They are passionate in work. Kudos to the nurses here. Thank you for being our heros. However there is a particular security guard that think he owns this place. He is very disrespectful even to his peers and has poor mannerism when communicating with members from the public. He wear white and he is on the big side. I just hope the management looks into this matter.

1. 6-bedder ward became a squeezy 12-bedder ward. We were still charged 6-bedder prices. 2. Lack of nurses. Sometimes just 1 or 2 nurses on duty for the ward serving 12 patients. 3. Check-in, check-out process has been archaic and robotic. Check-in, check-out staff are bored out of their wits and some can be rude, raise their voice and bombard us with their checklist/script of questions. 4. Nurses do not communicate with one another. 1 nurse calls us about issue A today and another nurse calls us about the same issue tomorrow. 5. Admin procedures for admission/transfer from another hospital was archaic. Admin staff expected me to go down on the same day during their office hours to settle transfer procedures. Hospitals also do not share information they already collected from me previously when I performed a hospital transfer.

Doctors, nurses and therapist are lazy and unprofessional. Especially now with visiting restrictions due to covid not much visitors. Doctors and therapist are always on breaks. Nurses are chitchatting most of the time. Even if a help signal is activated, they'll ignore and continue to chitchat for another few minutes and approaching patients who need help. Never shower my grandmother for a week and there are used plastics wrappers on her bed for who knows how long. Don't do their best and provide minimal care for patients especially if they are dementia patients who can't speak for themselves. They are there to get REHAB and get better not lie in bed 23 and a half hours a day and get worst and charging $500 a day!

Nurses there don't really take care of the patients.They don't bother even when patients crying for pain. They thought some patients are dementia so they just hack care

SUPER POOR SERVICE, TRIED TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTEMPT TO HIDE & LIED TO PATIENTS FAMILY ABOUT THEIR CONDITION. My granddad was admitted few weeks back& was infected with covid. & WE ARE NOT INFORM!!' We weren't informed about it & to make things worse the nurses tried to even hide the fact that he got infected with covid?!?! they did not even implement any safety measures?!?! despite knowing that someone in the ward has been infected & now my grandad got it. no one bother to inform us & they even lied and hide from us. it was not until when we receive an SMS from MOH which informed us that he was infected. upon calling the doctor, he even had the cheek to be so over confident and even tried to imply that it was the patients' fault?!?! EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS. WORSE DECISION MADE TO PLACE HIM THERE!!!

On behalf of my father (3304), I would like to thank all the nurses, Doc Ethan, OT and Physio team who had cared for him for the past 2 months. His needs were well taken of, was generally comfortable, and I am glad that he would be able to walk, with aid, after a long but necessary period of rehab. Located in Yio Chu Kang area. Not close by to MRT stations or major bus lines. So not really convenient for those without their own personal transport. Sufficient parking spaces for the visitors. The parking charges are reasonable. The staffs were extremely stretched, so it was an amazing job well-done for the staffs given the limited resources, moreover, to manage some of the difficult patients, it must have been both mentally and physically challenging for the staffs. The environment was quiet, good for recovery for the patients. The place was kept clean too.
