1) the worker topup wrong number. I have to come down next day to inform them i did not received the topup
2) the worker did not top up. I have to call them. When i called them, they said their card for topup have no more credit. They waiting for their boss to come down to upload the credit. It took them almost half the day. They dont even bother to inform me that they cannot do topup.
3) i just topup for, no receipt given. My father called after an hour and informed me he did not receive any credit in his hp.
I have issues trusting this shop when it comes to topup already.
