She really takes the time to know you and your fitness goals, and she will be your number one cheerleader AND accountability partner. She is amazing as a person inside out and i really appreciate her going the extra mile during and even beyond classes. Always looking forward to see this sunshine at the gym ??‍♀️?

R	Rani Kaviraj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joined in Nov 2021. Conveniently located. Staff is very friendly and courteous and never fail to greet me by name, with a smile whenever I visit the gym. They are accommodating and are always willing to assist. Other than providing ample equipment for a good workout, the gym also has available, a variety of interesting and quality classes to choose from, 6 days a week. I am a regular of some of these classes, such as Zumba and Tabata. The gym also regularly introduces new classes for it's member to trial. I enjoy the classes immensely. My Tabata instructor Patrick never fails to encourage us to keep going. The Zumba classes are both fun and provide an effective workout thanks to the ever enthusiastic and energetic instructor Asfah! Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant workout! Great gym! Great team! Kudos! :)

I enrolled myself with Personal Trainer Ifah, and it was an amazing experience as Ifah was so patient and encouraging. She makes each and every training enjoyable with her pleasant gesture, that makes me look forward for the trainings. I would highly recommend this gym for a comfortable workout session!

Ifah, one of the gym trainers is the best! She is very experienced and tailors your gym routine to your needs/and goals. Will definitely recommend!

Location of the gym is very accessable and surrounded with good amenities. The gym consists of very friendly and approachable staff willing to assist you to the best of their abilities. Also a big thanks to their Fitness manager Khus for always giving advice and tips, and always supporting where it's necessary. AF Woodgrove is a recommended place to workout and meet new people.

Love the family-vibe in the gym, the staffs are courteous, they greet you by name and would always take the time to strike up a conversation or two. I've also signed up Personal Trainer packages with Ifah who never fails to motivate me and make me feel better about myself. There are definitely instances when I'm not consistent with the training but never once did Ifah make me feel bad about it. She simply spurs you to do better each time you manage to spare the time and effort. The Zumba classes provided are comparable to outside sessions, if not not better. All in all, going back to THIS gym feels like friends reunion every single time.
