★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have contacted the branch because I am an ANZ customer back home in Melbourne. The customer service by the person (YZ) was very good (hence the 3 star). However, the policy of the bank is not reflected on it's website. Why does it not tell that 'ANZ Singapore is not interested in clients that just want to open accounts". That lost them 2 stars. They work only with super rich, apparently. Not interested in any other bona fide clients with average businesses.
My local branch in St Kilda, Melbourne though is fantastic.
