Incredibly long processing time clearing claims in about 4 months or so, poor follow up, keeping delay and asking to submit this doc and that document... Stay away from these if you can!

Long processing time, poor follow up, keeping delay and said you/doctor didn't submit this doc and bla......the LOG being rejected at the day before admission (the LoG request submitted about 2 weeks). The reason is their professional LOG team without proper reviewing of submitted document. May be they feel they are more professional than what the doctor claimed. And now, have to appear and go for another round of the approval process again. The customer service don't like to reply email and always provide you a standard answer- 3 to 5 working days. The Worst insurance company to deal for pertaining to claims! Troublesome and Terrible!

Frustrating claim process. Claim from October 2021 which I filed in Dec 2021 was rejected, then I refiled, then it was voided and moved to another account, then it was rejected again as the other account was maxed out. We are now in April and I have no idea why they are doing what they are doing with a simple claim. Broken and disconnected process. Customer service is clueless.

Bad claiming process through their unhandy apps. No clear description in selection of the illness, they thought everyone study medication. Reject polyclinic claim even though company policy states can claim. Throw the ball back to user, no initiative in dealing these inconvenience.

It’s a scam. Dragging the claims for weeks and asking all kinds of new documents to never refund you. But don’t worry they take your money every month, for that you can expect high performances from them. Just avoid if you can. If your company picked them, it’s a bad sign about said company.

So far, pretty bad. To get a Letter of Guarantee they requested 3 forms (via phone), which I returned. They said they'd get back to me in three working days. It was a public holiday, so four days / three working days later, I called to find out whether more information was needed for the LoG, and they said they wont' be able to complete it before the surgery date and I'd need to reschedule. They also said that because I'd need to reschedule, they would need more paper work - the new date - for the LoG to be processed, provided via memo. They said they'd get in touch with the hospital on my behalf to gather other information. Once I submitted the new date, they then informed me that I would need another document, a memo from the doctor stating the onset of symptoms and said they did not contact the hospital on my behalf as they said they would. Why didn't they tell me they'd need that document the week prior? "Sorry," they said. So now I'm waiting for the letter, possibly rescheduling a surgery for a second time. Generally, the staff communication has been relatively friendly on the phone but the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate and has led to significant delays. I do not recommend this company.
