★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning to all Amazon customers to NOT use economy shipping to Singapore as they ship through this company instead of DHL when that option is chosen. Apex will log packages as delayed by customs so that they can take their time to deliver, well past the arrive by date on orders!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The review here is consistent - they are consistently horrible in delivering any service. My package keeps on getting failed delivery attempts. I was home all day and answered the intercom so the delivery guy can get access. No delivery was made and the status just keep showing that delivery has failed. No customer service to call, no attempt to contact me whatsover to at least attempt delivery. Definitely do not engage their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still don't understand why is Amazon still engaging these clowns as one of their Singapore courier. This is the 2nd time my parcel did not arrive. Requested for a refund from Amazon but they can't proceed unless they get the parcel back. So here I am a customer stucked in the middle. Not a single mode of contact to Apex, close to $1000 worth of goods not received I guess it's time to make a police report.
