★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to print my name card on the 17/10/2019, and was told it would be ready on the same day around 6pm. I came by to collect on 23/10/2019 and it was not ready. I had to wait while they print it. You decide for yourself if you would come here ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. Do not go! The service staff looked like she couldn't be bothered to work, and gave me a terrible attitude. The print and cutting job for the invitation cards I wanted to print was so badly done. My invitation cards are double-sided and both sides were not even properly aligned to each other when printed. I had crop marks on one side of the card, and when she was done cutting, I could still see the crop marks and the cut was not even straight! I was pointing out all these to the service staff and told her I couldn't accept this. She just stared at me for awhile like I was the dumbest person on earth, stood up, took the whole stack of invitation cards and dumped them in the bin. She then told me she cannot do this for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the shop recently to Custom make a foam board. I brought a wooden frame along to show the exact dimensions I wanted the board to be. The lady who was managing the front desk was on the phone while she took my order and failed to listen to my instructions. I told her specifically that it had to fit the frame. But she obviously was too preoccupied with her phone call and printed the foam board in the wrong size. When it didn’t fit the frame, I asked for a reprint and she refused to take responsibility for her actions and conveniently pushed the blame on me for not telling her earlier, when I actually did. In fact, she was very rude to me. Will not go here again if the lady is managing the orders. Terrible customer service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rate are dead cheap but comes with a reason. There seems to have an internal communication issue or else they can't be bothered to keep track on customer orders. You would have to make sure they are aware of your order details and remind them to contact you or you would have to remind them yourself.
