so disappointed.. not the service, but the product! So i just brought a new macbook pro, and i just activate it a few hours ago and downloaded some apps, and after that the macbook suggested to update the software so i update it, but then when i want to turn on my macbook again, at first its fine, but when i entered the password, and theres this weird code showed on the screen, and then they ask me to startup the macbook.and i do as they told.. but when i tried to log in again, this code always popping up. Ive tried for like 5times alrdy, but its not working..

Product thrown into rubbish bin also doesn't feel wasted at all. I Thrown one iPhone 6 Plus away into the rubbish bin, in front of the A.Lab after a bad experience of the services provided there. Basically bad experience with Apple products, had a several iPhones, 5 out of 5 had problems within months of usage. Does not even last for a year. Why do they even sell out products that would not even last. Lousy products and services. Think about those people who tried to save and save money just to buy one apple product, and got a faulty one. Services provided aren't good, Philippinos 4 out of 5, people who can't communicate in English how to communicate with the staffs? Such a disappointment.

@APPLE -- Time to Change your Technical Support Company!!!!!!!! Worse experience ever at ALAB (APPLE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE)! Don't bother to go there, Waste Time, Effort, Money! They DO NOT repairs your phone. They will just exchange it by telling you the phone battery is bloated. Unless you just want to get a new (refurbished) phone, else dont waste min 2 hours of waiting. Speaker & Mic problem, requested to repair, paid $345 for it. Diagnostics shows no other failure. Strictly requested for NO REPLACEMENT (super sentimental reasons), front desk crossed on their form on replacement section to indicate NO REPLACEMENT. 2 weeks later, informed to collect phone. AFTER I realized serial number is different, then they told me it has been replaced???!!!!! They says "Bloated Battery"!!?? No message/ email/ call, and tried to cheat by purposely keeping quiet about the exchange. Told me cannot get the phone back --> sent to China already but they cannot show any proof of it and no tracking of the phone at all. Totally Impossible & Unreasonable! I asked for alternatives: 1. Find the Phone = We cannot trace it already. 2. Give a proper report for the proof of dismantling of the phone = Company Policy says cannot give. 3. Provide a Proof that the replacement phone is Totally NEW, and Not a Refurbished set = Can give Proof that BATTERY is NEW Only. Cannot proof that phone set is New. 4. They can buy back the Exchanged "NEW" phone = buy-back at $300 ONLY??!! Company Policy! 5. Exchange for newer phone = Cannot, Company POlicy! So that leaves us as a consumer -- TOTALLY IN THEIR HANDS. Just a very simple search from Google, it seems that I’m not the only one who has such a appalling/ terrible/ lousy/sub-standard service from Alab. The reviews lead me to believe they are cheating customers phone to get phone replacement as they do not want to do repairs at all.

No way to reach them. If you dial their office number it will route you to a dead end IVR, if you dial the toll free number it wouldn't connect. No email to contact. Worse reseller ever.

In summary, my warranty is now voided for something I do not believe I did. Apple has sided their 'authorized service provider' A.LAB and I've been out of a perfectly good phone for over a month as I write this review. I sent my 8 month old iPhone 6 for repair at A.LAB a month ago, only to be told I had made unauthorized modifications to my phone - the cable connecting the home button to the rest of the phone was missing - a feat, I assured them, was only possible if I had opened up the phone myself or taken the phone to a 3rd party retailer. Absolutely ridiculous for someone with a valid warranty at that time. My case was shuffled about for a couple of weeks to no avail, before Apple told me the photos from A.LAB were evidence enough that I had made unauthorized modifications to my phone, no matter how much I insisted otherwise. As someone who's been on Apple's products for the last decade or so, from the first iPod to the latest macbook, I'm sorely disappointed with Apple, it's lack of goodwill, service and integrity. My family will be making the shift to cheaper and better brands instead. I'm giving this 2 stars because the customer service side gave me the standard PR response, the usual "thank you for your feedback, we will do our utmost to ensure your case is heard and action will be taken" before nothing was actually done. I'd have given 1 star, but I guess not shouting at me rudely deserves some praise. Especially when I brought my case to 3 different customer relations officers. I didn't get any results from the polite customer relations officers mind you, but it was a lot better than the screwing over I got from Apple itself.

Most of the 5 star reviews are from employees working there. Call centre unresponsive, no one answers the phone, service quality is poor. Should focus more on their service quality instead of their endless promo time on TV, unskippable Youtube Ads & plastering their products everywhere. If people want to support your products, no need for all these. Some service centre won't even entertain your problems and also even if your product is under warranty, they will say it is expired without checking and charge you exorbitant prices for it.

I spoke to a very rude lady at their contact Center by the name of Jay, who told me that because there was an issue with the website I couldnt purchase my apple care. Now, prior to this I had been made to wait for six hours, passed from contact center person to another, promised that my issue would be resolved and that by Six am I would get a call from the people who are able to solve this at apple. Well, that wasnt the case. The lady whom I spoke to at the contact center named Jay was very patronising, she refused to give us the headquarters emails or any phone number to resolve this diffrently. As a contact center agent she didnt seem to have the information, and I had to repeat myself and between agents I also had to repeat my case even though this would have been in their historical files. They made not much if any mention at all of the issues Id been facing even if they had any knowledge of it. I cannot understand how Apple, such an expensive product, can unbundle their products to earn more money from the consumer, and not recognise the legal rights of their consumers. For a product to only be warranteed for a short period of sixty days, when elsewhere every product is guaranteed for a year ( as it is in America and Canada for Apple), is ridiculous. Adding value through such an initiative smacks of a lack of customer relationship management. I now have to wait for five days for Apple to resolve the issue on their website which prevents me from purchasing the apple care I need. I cannot fathom how a company like Apple needs five days to resolve an issue when theyre quite literally a global top dog. I am appalled by the service of some of their contact center staff, especially Jay who was non empathetic, abrupt and defensive from the beginning, even when she said that she was a consumer herself. If she was a consumer herself, I wouldnt think she would accept a five day wait before an issue is solved JUST to purchase an item.
