Worst service I ever experienced! My refrigerator (delivered around November) started to make a really loud noise in July when it is cooling which you can hear even at night in the master bedroom! When we have guests for dinner they wonder what makes this loud and squeaky noise. APS sent a technician twice who confirmed that the refrigerator makes a loud noise. But what do APS do about it : NOTHING! This has been going on for almost three month by now. They claimed they would get in touch with the manufacturer but never came back and they leave my mails unanswered. This is the worst service level i ever experienced. If you intend to spend a lot of money on new appliances, try to go to a place that has a record of good service quality.

Terrible customer management and service. If you are looking to get Kuche products or anything from this company, please don't. Paid $120 for my mini fridge to be fixed as there is water (condensation) appearing on the top and sides of the fridge and thick ice forming around the freezer compartment, the team said that it will take about 3-5 days to be returned but there was no news for almost two weeks and I had to chase them for my fridge. Fridge returned in good condition and the technician assured me that there should not be anymore ice issues and pointed out the correct temp settings. A few days later, ice formed on the back panel of my fridge compartment instead and I tried to contact them again for help. Took multiple calls over 2 another weeks to finally get hold of a technician and he told me that they need to bring it back to test and I will be charged for it. Complete waste of time.
