A very artistic architect that designs beautifully. He’s able to visualize your ideas wonderfully. He genuinely cares and still helps us resolve whatever problems we encounter.

Very creative and professional architect. He was able to give various practical suggestions to make the house bigger than it actually is. Clever use of color to enhance and make the house looks classy. Great job and thank you for designing our dream house, Mr Lim.

Gave some good and very practical ideas towards the renovation of my new apartment and was very pleased with his ideas on my lighting. Very satisfied with the outcome. Also advised on some very creative and practical ways of renovating my older and spacious apartment

Mr Lim CK of AR43 was the architect for our recently completed development at the One Tree Hill area. During the entire course of the project, I have found Mr Lim to be professional & dedicated to his work. His designs & detailing were of the highest standards. What I appreciated most was Mr Lim’s personal attention to work issues and the timely manner at which he responded to them. It has been both an enjoyable & enlivening collaboration with AR43.

We recently moved into our newly rebuilt detached house , designed by Mr. Lim Cheng Kooi of AR43 . Thanks to Cheng Kooi for his lovely artistic, creative and amazing ideas in the design of the house. His close attention on ensuring having a good and very detailed specification for the building , his regular checks on the building progress, quality and the details of all the various installations thus ensured that a high standard of work and finishing were accomplished . He even advised on the ID details which truly further enhanced the gracious look of our house . Thanks to Cheng Kooi and his team too for their very prompt responses , follow -up actions and for all the creative ideas and artistic designs - we now have a very livable , beautifully designed and well-built house !!!

Our experience with Cheng Kooi and team in the recent renovation of our home was very positive. We appreciate most, the attention to detail, professionalism and continued open communication. Renovations were extensive and the covid pandemic proved challenging but nonetheless, we were welcomed home to a truly lovely place to call our ‘forever home’. Many thanks, CK.
