I recently saw Dr. Charu because I have been "hot eyes" for several weeks. I also wanted to treat it in a natural way. Dr. Charu asked me several questions before giving me some eye drops that took away the heat after a few days of application. I could not believe when the heat went away. I feel that she is quite a gem, not only is she warm and friendly, she is sharp, clear and efficient - a rare combination. I have a 5 year old daughter, and I first started taking her to Charu when she developed a kind of rash on her face, around her mouth. Plus she was also frequently getting colds and coughs. The penny dropped when her well-meaning pediatrician gave her a nebulizer dose in the clinic as she was suffering from a really bad congestion. Someone so young shouldn't be on these, I felt.
