★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i followed the requirements stated on their website and ensured i was eligible for a return. it has now been 14 working days(or 3 weeks) and i have not heard anything from them since my pants had been delivered to their doorstep.
I am seeking to return 1 pair of pants and i find it quite amusing that they require a rather long time to process one item.
stop using the virus as an excuse to your poor logistical planning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the review earlier which said that the inner lining of their clothes sticks to your skin when you sweat and it is very cringey + feels cheap as well. My new shirt from them came with the collar messed up so I'm not sure if their pieces are worth purchasing anymore even tho the designs are nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was not great at all..messed up my order and sent the lining without the outer wear. Then they asked for the lining to be returned to them and said i can still be on a backorder for another piece. Lining was returned to them but backorder didnt happen, and i had no idea why, no explanation nor clarification and they just refunded money (and all of this only after i chased and asked whats the situation). Such a complete waste of time and really really disappointing - Didnt get what i ordered n paid to have just because of their mistake and no effort made to recover the experience on their part. Not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice designs but material and inner lining not so great. Feedback to them about their material furring from abrasion during wear for a few pieces, they weren't convinced and said they didn't face the issue and it's isolated user experience. Threw away those pieces after a few wears though my clothes are handwashed. Given the higher prices than some other shops, I'm expecting better quality. They are still using those cheap stretchable inner lining which sticks to your skin when sweaty for most pieces. Else, I'd much rather purchase from the 'L' shop which has excellent return policies.
