it's a good place to buy Indian groceries and reasonably priced too, I think. But my parents have had experiences when something extra is charged in the receipt, something that we did not buy. So then we would go back and ask them, what is this and they would say "sorry it was an accident" maybe it really is but. it has happened so many times, I already lost time. perhaps it is time they change the machine... then the next thing, today I went to buy some things and I saw this customer calling the guy at the cash counter so that he could pay for his items and leave. but this guy was unpacking some boxes and putting the rice bags on the rack.. can't he do the arranging when there are no customers? so then this customer waited patiently and finally this guy came to the counter. okay then customer paid and left. there was this second customer and I don't know what they were talking about but this staff man was getting annoyed. His tone was a very irritated one and he was literally throwing the customer's items into the plastic bag. that did not seem very nice. I do not think that's how customers should be treated. This staff at the the counter he did not even wear a mask and this is 2021, covid has not disappeared yet... to the future customers who go there, please remember to ask for the receipt and check against ur items, especially if you buy lots to make sure you don't spend your money unnecessarily.
