★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from Archer and I used to contact Richard on the technical issue reporting or toner ordering. Prompt reply, fast action and excellent service from him. We are interior design company and we partner with Archer for more than 3 years. Richard and his technical team (I'm sorry that I do not know the name) provides prompt action whenever I encountered technical issue/toner run out of order.

Reliable, friendly, helpful, good for value, they are always a phone call away when I need technical support. The staff will either come over or call me to fix the problem right away. Rey just called to help me set up the network of the copier. He was so patient and knowledgeable that I really appreciate that.
