★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company came highly recommended by my husband's friend but we were very disappointed. The water cleaning was good enough, but 1 unit stopped blowing cold air after servicing by Arctic Star. They took 3 days to come down and diagnosed it as a circuit board issue. The boss promised us that a replacement circuit board would be sourced at no charge to us, within 2 days. One week has passed since that day and we've heard nothing. Unable to wait, we got a second opinion from another aircon servicing co and the problem turned out to be loose wiring at the compressor. It was fixed within minutes! I do not recommend this company as they went MIA on us after misdiagnosing my aircon issue. Not trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use waterjet the clean the units. And everytime after cleaning, I have to up the temperature cause my aircon is very cold. He will check how cool the aircon is and is very prompt with visits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had engaged a few different companies to do aircon servicing before. By far, I am most impressed with Artic Star. They do NOT use chemicals for cleaning and neither do they simply just vacuum the interior of the AC. Instead, they used a water based spray treatment which I really like.
They had their mask on throughout and was very honest about which AC needed more cleaning than others. Also, they were not pushy about signing on for a package. After the cleaning, they also explained the different techniques to make sure that the AC is maintained optimally. Overall, I will definitely be engaging their services again.
